On September 10, 2026, Director of the Department of International Law and Treaties of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Government of National Unity of Libya Zuhair Abdul Salam Al-Azabi signed the Convention on the Establishment of the International Organization for Mediation in Beijing.
